Not to change the subject but has any heard anything more about Obama’s grandmother Madelyn Payne Dunham. You’d think that Obama would be off to Hawaii by now for a service of some sort. I actually thought Obama would have left the day after the election for a break(many president elects have done that)to mourn his grandmother with his wife, sister, close friends and family.
Madelyn Payne Dunham died 7 days ago, late Sunday night in her apartment. Her death blared in every type of medium late Monday evening, almost 24 hours later brought tears to many, even those who did not support Obama.
Yet now 7 days later not one mention of a service or ??? has been made. If nothing else I thought that some type of announcement for those who wanted to honor his grandmother someway. You know donate to a charity or something in her name.
I cant tell you that there are many many different stories/theories that I have been reading in the blogs. So far I have not seen any new media or service announcement since Monday evening.

To me it was and is strange that there are no recent pictures of this lady, with or without Obama. By recent, Im talking in the last 2 or 3 years even. The most recent pics seem to be 10 to 20 years old, the ones with Obama seem to be from his early College or High School years.

I want Patrick Fitzgerald for Attorney General of the US and then I want him to lay out all the dope on Barky and march him into impeachment hearings, televised

Barky is not “President-Elect” and cannot be before the electors of each and every state decide.

Fitz is out of the picture come January 20 when new U.S. attorneys are nominated. It’s possible that he may stay around until his replacement is approved. If they were governing, they would not be in permanent campaign mode, if they were capable of governing, they wouldn’t cheat and they’d understand WHY they shouldn’t cheat, and they also wouldn’t have to necessarily lie about their actions, or cover them.

So, a lack of credibility has been established, all by Obama’s own actions, and that of his staff.

And they’re cementing their bubble with the Washington press corp — just like Bush.

They’re even banning reporters, right?

Obama can’t handle negative, hostile press, right, so he’s like Bush, right, as opposed to Clinton?

Bush couldn’t handle the country, either.

(Clinton was harassed by Fox, even impeached, but he still prevailed, mostly because HIS press people were so smart).

If he’d find some cabinet backwater position for Harry Reid, I’d be eternally grateful.

He should keep Condi as Sec State. She ain’t perfect, but she’s a heck of a lot better than Kerry. And she does know Putin and Medvedev already.

Colin Powell for Sec Def, or keep Gates for a year since he’s done a great job. Or General Shinseki (spell?)

Fitz may get a nice position since he postponed Tony Rezko’s sentencing, thus keeping the Rezko/Obama relationship out of sight.

And Barney Frank for, um, uh, … OK, he’s so awful I guess it’s better to just leave him in the House.

SUPREME COURT JUSTICE SOUTER ORDERS OBAMA TO PRODUCE BIRTH CERTIFICATE DECEMBER 1
This is interesting. Souter tells Obama to produce the vault copy by December 1, 2008. I believe the messiah will defy the Justices.
Who will force the issue? Who wants to open up that pandora’s box? Imagine if there is something on that birth certificate that disqualifies Obama from the office of the President. What are you going to do? Start a civil war? There will be blood in the streets you try to enforce the rule of law. This should have happened before the election. Obambi knows it too.

If The Supreme Court Decides??
At this point, Supreme Court Justice David Souter’s Clerk informed Philip J. Berg, the lawyer who brought the case against Obama, that his petition for an injunction to stay the November 4th election was denied, but the Clerk also required the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari (which requires the concurrence of four Justices) by December 1. At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond.

If Obama fails to do that, it is sure to inspire the skepticism of the Justices, who are unaccustomed to being defied. They will have to decide what to do about a president-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship.

“I can see a unanimous Court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate,” says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. “They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution. Even the most liberal justices, however loathe they may to do this, still consider themselves guardians of the Constitution. The Court is very jealous of its power – even over presidents, even over presidents-elect.”

Also remember that on December 13, the Electoral College meets to casts its votes. If it has been determined that Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the Electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution.

In regards to the “funeral” for the “grandmother”: what kind of man is this really? This is a woman whom he called “my white grandmother,” the woman he sometimes praised on the campaign trail for “the sacrifices” she made in raising him. Yet, this is the same grandmother, he claimed, who would “cross the street at the sight of a black man.” You know, given the racial diversity of Hawaii, I always found that odd. I also found it odd that he always had to refer to her as “my white grandmother.” Why couldn’t she just be “my grandmother”?

Everyone has a grandmother. It may seem odd, but everyone I know would attend a funeral service for a grandmother, even one who might not have been loved. It’s called respect. It’s called gratitude. It’s called human decency.
