I was interested to listen to the points about the US being the example to other democracies. In the UK, the media copied (and continues to) the lines of attacks the US media typically threw at HC. It is SO important to get sexism out of the media in the US, as it is poisoning journalism around the world, by journalists who follow the US’s bad example. This was talked about at the end of the show and was very interesting.

Good points made tonight. First the caller from upstate NY on Palin vs Caroline Kennedy and their qualifications for political posts, and the issue of classism. Then the caller from Florida, originally from Tennessee, made a number of really good points.

I hate to ask this in the middle of everything, but I was on another blog, and a person was disagreeing with me on something, and ended his post with “are you feeling lucky, are you”…I said “you are kidding, and he said “no” and I didnt think much till he wrote again “that is something you say before someone dies”…the guy was really upset with my viewpoint, so I felt a bit threatened. Was he out of line? I know it is silly, but it scared me.

One of the problems I ran into with my so-called liberated female friends who supported BO was that they seemed not to have the foggiest notion what sexism is. Most of us recognize hate, but we don’t recognize sexism when it is directed in more subtle ways and at us directly–especially by those close to us. I’m glad to hear there are specific examples being discussed and women who want to learn about how to deal with this. After all, we are the ones who have to speak up and teach about this….

As for the lawsuits, there are something like 17 now all protesting various aspects of BO’s election. Some are far out, but not all should be dismissed as being lunacy. The fact is that BO has never produced a proper, certified birth certificate. (The one on his website does not qualify for several reasons.) There are degrees of certification and a certificate of live birth (COLB) which was presented is not adequate. There apparently also are no records in Hawaiian hospitals of his birth and no documentation of a doctor there who delivered his mother. On the other hand, his Kenyan grandmother apparently has been videoed stating that she was present at his birth in Kenya. The constitution is real clear that the president has to be born in America to be qualified. That’s why The Arnold could never run for president. All BO has to do to make all of these lawsuits go away is produce the long form of his certified birth certificate. If it doesn’t exist and he wasn’t born in Hawaii or in the US, then he can’t be president. He could make this all go away–unless, of course, he isn’t qualified….

Now about the court cases, I am blue in the face correcting information that our MSM has put out in veiled attempts to keep the questions about Obama’s qualification as a “natural born citizen” from gaining momentum.

I attended the National Press Club event on Monday December 8 held by Robert Schultz’s organization “We The People”, a conservative group hell bent, of all things, on preserving the US Constitution. This si what I wrote for the democratic-disaster.com forum:
No surprise that Mr. Obama failed to respond yet again. Bob Schultz started a few minutes early giving the background of the mysterious Obama and the dangers of the attitudes expressed by some that “the people have spoken”. We do not have a democracy, but rather a Constitutional Republic, he noted and educated the attendees on other violations of the Constitution relating to other issues beyond the definition of the “natural born citizen”. The news that Donofrio’s case was denied this morning by the Supreme Court cast a pall over the speakers. Schultz expressed his dismay that at the Court as he feels that the Court is the only place to resolve the meaning of the “natural born citizen.

Orly Taitz said that while no one was to discuss his case at the conference, Donofrio spoke with her earlier to say that he thought that the “glitch” in how his case was handled at the state level might have been the trouble. I may be wrong on this, but I got the feeling that Donofrio is not giving up yet.

Taitz, a Russian national, really hit home on the media, charging that the Press in America now is worse that what she experience in the Soviet Union. “There never would have been a Watergate if today’s press covered the scandal,” she volleyed to the group of press members and bloggers.

Taitz questioned why not a single television station posted what a vault birth certificate looked like and for not contrasting it with the scan of a COLB. (Berg had experts willing to show that the COLB is a forgery as it is, but I digress.)

She showed a copy of Obama’s application to the Illinois bar, noting that Obama wrote “none” in the space for other names used. She had a copy of Obama’s mother’s divorce with Lolo Sortero, pointing out that the two children had taken Sortero’s last name and that Obama’s first name at the time was “Barry”. Taking the word of an attorney who took an oath knowing that he lied on his application should have been made public by the media.

Phil Berg presented his case along with an update on filing a stay preventing the Electoral College from voting. He called out Obama, noting that with his and Michelle Obama’s education and as lawyers, they are willfully participating in the greatest con of the century. Berg wants Obama to thank the American people for voting for him, an African American, and then step down.

The Rev. Manning attacked the press and stressed that it was time to put the county first, like he heard during the campaign. He unabashedly criticized the press for its lies and distortions. He listed, among other things, media coverage on the recent rally/support group that was present at the Supreme court last Friday.

Manning used the opportunity to present messages of his own too, shedding some light on Jim Crow of the fifties an sixties and the division the NAACP originally had over accepting Obama as a black president. Manning remarked about Obama’s lineage charging that his mother was “trash” (Manning’s word, saying that was the term at the time) and that his father was a promiscuous drunk. (My words.) He stressed that Obama has extended his illegitimate birth to his illegitimate claim to the Presidency.

Today’s Washington Post Dana Milbank wrote his interpretation which cherry picked “tin-foil” category statements and ignored the information, some of it totally new tothe public, supporting the court case allegations.

SCOTUS has now prevented itself from acknowleding the question whether Obama is or is not a “natural born citizen” (as distinguished from “citizen”) three times and counting: First before the Nov 4 general election and twice before the Dec 15 vote of the College of Electors. Other cases on the same question are at, or are heading to, SCOTUS. Whether SCOTUS ultimately decides if Obama is or is not a “natural born citizen” only after the Electors vote, only after Congress acts on the Electors’ vote, prior to Obama’s inauguration, or only after Obama’s inauguration, SCOTUS will have to decide — or the people and/or the military will. The issue no longer is Obama. The issue is SCOTUS.

Obama is or is not an Article II “natural born citizen” based on the Kenyan/British citizenship of Barack Obama’s father at the time of his birth (irrespective of whether Barack Obama is deemed a “citizen” born in Hawaii or otherwise) as a prerequisite to qualifying to serve as President of the United States under the Constitution — the Court having done so three times and counting, first before the Nov 4 general election and twice before the Dec 15 vote of the College of Electors — it would seem appropriate, if not necessary, for all Executive Branch departments and agencies to secure advance formal advice from the United States Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel as to how to respond to expected inquiries from federal employees who are pledged to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States” as to whether they are governed by laws, regulations, orders and directives issued under Mr. Obama during such periods that said employees, by the weight of existing legal authority and prior to a decision by the Supreme Court, believe in good faith that Mr. Obama is not an Article II “natural born citizen”.

1. Constitution Article II requires USA President to be “natural born citizen”.

2. BHO’s website admits his dad was Kenyan/British, not American, citizen when BHO was born.

3. BHO is therefore not a “natural born citizen” (irrespective of Hawaiian birth or whether he may be a 14th Amendment “citizen” of USA) — as confirmed in the Senate’s own McCain qualification resolution agreed to by BHO.

4. Supreme Court has already docketed two upcoming conferences, 1/9/09 and 1/16/09 — between dates Congress counts electoral votes (1/8/09) and Presidential inauguration (1/20/09) — to address Berg Case and fashion relief on BHO’s eligibility to be President.

5. Since no facts are in dispute, Supreme Court rules on Summary Judgment to enjoin BHO’s inauguration as President.

6. Therefore, BHO is not inaugurated as President.

7. Vice President Elect Biden is inaugurated Acting President under the 20th Amendment to serve until new President is determined — the procedure for which determination to be set out by Congress and/or the Supreme Court so long as in conformance with the Constitution.

The burden of proof is on Berg and the rest of the shysters to prove that Obama’s illegitimate. He has to have in hand some sort of documentation, like Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate, if it exists, to make his case. You can’t go before the SCOTUS with a weak argument based on internet rumors and innuendo along the so-called testimony of his grandmother. I’ve yet to see any certified colb. I’ve seen a scan of something being peddled as a colb that required the most advanced edge detection software to see the shape of something that might have been a stamp. I’ve seen pictures of something else being peddled as a colb taken in what looked like an empty warehouse with extreme close ups and slant angles. But what I haven’t seen is any public release of the colb or BC that is open and without condition. Before you come back and get all huffy po with us again you should consider that your precious BOBO has been been treating his “colb” like this is an installment of spy vs spy. BOBO only has himself to blame for all the skepticism and if he’s for real he could clear up the whole thing at an announced and open press conference at the national press club in just a few hours.

MESSAGE TO EVERY MEMBER OF CONGRESS:

When counting the electoral votes, either Congress finds by 1/8/09 that Obama, not being an Article II “natural born citizen”, fails to qualify as President whereupon Biden becomes the full fledged President under 3 USC 19 (free to pick his own VP such as Hillary) or thereafter defers to the Supreme Court to enjoin Obama’s inauguration with Biden becoming only Acting President under the 20th Amendment until a new President is duly determined.

The preferable choice, at least for the Democrats, should seem obvious.

I really think the SCOTUS has to rule on the definition of “natural born”. BO is the most immediate concern, but Richardson ran and he was born in Mexico, McCain was born in Panama and as I understand it, not even on a military base as some have said. And there was some guy from some other hispanic country that was on the ballot in some states.

The rule needs to be made very clear, and the vetting should be done before they are even allowed on the ballot, IMO. Otherwise, people are wasting their donations on non-eligible candidates, and eligible people are crowded out, etc.

I don’t know the exact guidelines but if someone said something like that on here they would be reported and likely banned.

A Certificate of Live Birth is NOT a “certified” birth certificate. There is something called the “long form” certificate that is what BO has refused to produce; it actually is “certified.” This is a question that really requires some expertise and knowledge. Also, it is my understanding that the documents BO has presented on his website and that factcheck.com are using to support him, have been doctored.

The point is why are BO and his supporters spending millions of dollars to defend his refusal to produce documents to which we should have access? If he doesn’t have something to hide, why carry on as he has?

His constant refusal to give the public access to his birth certificate, school records and other personal documents, only adds credence to the suspicion that he has something to hide. It supports, rather than neutralizes, the position that he is a straw man made up of untruths designed to create an imagine that differs from reality.

Without knowing who this guy is and what he has actually done, we have no choice (unless we are completely mindless) to suspect he is a fraud. That is the point of these questions. In a democracy it our patriotic duty to question authority and to demand proof of eligibility. Otherwise there is no truth or order or fairness. Anyone could say they are anything they needed to be in order to take whatever position they wanted….

Truthful people are not intimidated by such questions. Only people who have something to hide refuse to reply….BO is refusing to reply to appropriate questions about his right to lead this country. That is outrageous!

I have been working with grass roots groups since late September to uncover why the Pres-elect is employing top lawyers to stave off producing proof of eligibility. So call me a “birther”, and now a forensic document examiner Sandra Ramsey Lines with impeccable credentials (http://www.asqde.org/SRLines/SandraRLines.htm) has confirmed the findings of Dr. Ron Polarik. His study after four months with over 100 pages of detailed images and explanations can be read at http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2136816/posts. He put out a Utube video that is linked to many sites, and I would recommend, seeing it at http://www.obamacrimes.com/. There are links to Polarik’s blog. Attorney Philip J. Berg ‘s site posts are timely and responsibly correct rumors forwarded by overzealous supporters and/or detractors.
Polarik determined that “without a doubt” the COLB’s posted by the Obama Campaign forgeries. Sandra Ramsey Lines has documented in an affidavit associated with at least one of the Obama eligibility lawsuits that she “can state with certainty that the COLB presented on the internet by various groups, which include the ‘Daily Kos,’ the Obama Campaign, ‘Factcheck.org’ cannot be relied upon as genuine. Mr. Polarik raises issues that I can confirm. Software such as Adobe Photoshop can produce images or alter images that appear to be genuine: therefore, any image offered on the internet cannot be relied upon as being a copy of the authentic document. She went on to say that the Certificate No., which would otherwise not reveal any personal information, was obliterated for no justifiable reason other that concealing information for verification.
You say, “So Hawaii officials are in on the conspiracy?” We only know that the wording regarding the authenticity of the ‘birth certificate” “on file”was ambiguous. We don’t know which “birth certificate” is being referenced; and since the MSM constantly fails to distinguish between the “birth certificate” and the COLB, the report raises more questions than answers.
You say, “So Factcheck.org colluded with the Obama Campaign because they photographed the original?” The answer is “yes” and that disturbing issue is documented by Dr. Polarik. Look, the Left is just as capable of participating in conspiracies as were the Right-wingers during Clinton’s presidency.
You also say, “This Polarik guy is a hoax supposedly hiding due to death threats on himself and his family?”
To that I say, retribution is real. How many MSM reports have been based on anonymous sources?​​
Furthermore, Lines would not risk her professional credibility on ANY issue. Her livelihood depends of impartiality. I, myself, am a former member of the American College for Forensic Examiners in Accounting and obtaining certifications in that area is no picnic. I went through a more thorough background check that Obama, but I digress.
While 25 cases (my last count) relating to Obama’s eligibility continue to uncover criminal activities, the liberal media and Obama supporters continue to state that they are “tossed out” by the Courts, if addressed at all. This is untrue. Legal procedures have been the problem not the issues. Procedural problems are to be expected since no one ever anticipated that an unqualified candidate would have the “audacity” to pull this trick.
The next series of lawsuits will be criminal lawsuits. Obama knows he has lied to the American public and that is why he is still silent dispite the ever increasing voices calling for the “transparency” that he promissed. Maybe he is exercising his 5th Amendment right. Funny, how the U. S. Constitution comes in handy when you need it.
