Look no-one really wants to see another attack on the country, and I for one do not like what I fear is coming down the pike on the economy. I too wanted McCain. He may not have been perfect, but he is a fighter and he has some fairly solid life experience behind him. I really fear what will happen with the chosen one. Book learning is all well and good for school, but real life means knowing how to apply what you have learned. By the way, I agree with you about Kearns Goodwin, and unfortunately about martial law as well.
