Let Richardson have it, let him fail, let the whole Obama administration fail, and let Hillary not be there to take the blame. I’d like to watch while a sitting secretary of state gets prosecuted for sexual harassment.

But also I keep on thinking: I WANT HRC TO DO WHAT SHE WANTS TO DO. It is her life.Yes, I want her to be and get what I think she deserves. But I also respect the fact she is a very smart woman and know what’s BEST for her and for the country.

They are all for the most part academics. Their primary responsibility is to carry the president’s water. HRC would be expected to be no different. She should say THANKS BUT NO THANKS. And not look back. This isn’t an invitation. This is a ticket to the sidelines. imho.

As for respect/her feelings/etc., Hillary is a professional politician. She doesn’t react personally to campaign nonsense. It’s just politics, and she’s entirely too seasoned to let it become personal.

This decision should be about what is best for the country and whether she is the right fit for the job.

I cannot imagine why anyone thinks Richardson is appropriate. He seems, to me, to be a loose cannon.

But that’s just my 2 cents.

Yikes – it never stops… the evidence against the legality of Mr. Obama’s run for POTUS is overwhelming and it still goes on and on like the energizer bunny.

The electors who sign into law his legal right to be Potus are putting themselves at risk – maybe somebody should tell them not to sign on December 15th until all evidence that he is legal under the constituion is out there and proven.

As a New York girl – you should know that David Patterson was not re-elected or even elected as Governor of New York State – He took over from Eliot Spitzer when he had to stand down over the sex scandal – though Patterson himself had one in his background – but he admitted to it jokingly, which seems to make the difference.

I would expect either Bloomberg or Guiliani to be elected as governor as opposed to Patterson if they so decide to throw their hats in the ring. It could also be a place for Hillary. She would be a good Governor for NY State.

I think they just want Hillary out of the Senate. As Secretary of State, she serves at the pleasure or the president. She could be fired a day after she resigns her seat.

Unfortunately, felizarte I do agree with you. Much as I would prefer Hillary as SOS than the sexist back stabbing baffoon of Richardson. She needs to keep her senate seat safe and I truly think she will be more powerful in that seat she is so proud to have – Bobby Kennedy’s seat. And if she manages to get SPEAKER wrested from Reid, that will be a far far better place to be than at the beck and call of Mr. Obama and under his bus when he no longer needs her.
