Well, I see now that the Klan traded in their sheets and hoods for press credentials at the liberal media outlets. However they still are the Racial and Political enforcers for the Democrat party and Southern Republican establishment.

I’m a child of the 1950′s and 60′s. I lived through the southern voter registration and Civil Rights battles. This vicious attack on Mr. Cain is just more of the same thing a half century later. Mr. Cain is the modern progressive Republican’s and Democrat’s worst nightmare. I believe it would be poetic justice of Biblical proportions if Mr. Cain, a genuinely strong black man, can be the one to bring them down in flames.

Finney’s comment was 100% correct.

As one “Cainaic” stated here, “he’s a real black”….

This is very much a “North/South” thing, particularly for Southern whites.

They see Northern blacks as uppity and Southern blacks as more along the lines of what they expect from blacks in general. The politics and the policies (or lack thereof) don’t even enter into it.

I saw this immediately when favorable comments were made regarding Cain’s non-participation in the civil rights movement, and the explanation he offered up for it.

And this is what happens, IMHO, when people attempt to oversimplify their true feelings about race, rather than admit it is all very complicated.

One summer I took some graduate courses at Cornell. The Prof in one 6 week psych class started off trying to get various girls in the class to allow him to hypnotize them. I told him no, no, and no, but one girl quit the class because she couldn’t stand the harassment… Some other girls may have gone one way or the other.
Never did it occur to me or others in the class that we could report the man. (I still think he was dangerous)

This Dr. was very focused on his patients, let the bookkeeper handle all of his money affairs. He was a very good Dr…but also very naive. Actually he was very good with children and old people because he seemed “simple”. I say “simple” in a good way. If you didn’t know he was a Dr.you might have thought he was Forest Gump.
