Ignoring the rule of law for him will not help you. the only thing it will do is undermine the constitution. Like your freedom of speech? Like your right to a trial? Right to a lawyer? now the information is in the court records. There is a good possiblity that backtrack’s name will not be on the Georgia ballot. This could happen in other states. Since the democrats are only running him, what happens to those who want to vote democratic?

Most people here think the guy was impeached because he was blown. Not so… because he lied under oath… even then a partisan congress would not see it through… “depends on what the definition of “is” is… and some here still will say our problems began with GW Bush. Not so. Not even close.

It isn’t a “court”; the ALJ cannot issue “default” orders; no documentary evidence available in the public record establishes Obama is not a NBC; and no legally binding definition of NBC exists, let alone one that would exclude citizens both of whose parents are not. (You would know these facts if you read my blog, on which I make your job easier by posting the results of my hours of legal research.)

Then again, based on your stated beliefs, I would imagine you have spent hours lobbying your state legislators to amend your current election laws so as to limit placement on the ballot to only those candidates who meet your definition of eligibility; and then, to require your state Electors to only elect a President whose name appeared on your ballot. Right?

what are you talking about? You don’t show up in court you can lose by default. I’m not holding my breath but it can happen. If it does and this judge as shown stubbornness with the request for dismissal or excusing Obama for showing up.

Fact is he is not by definition a Natural born citizen. If ever it makes it to court and I hope it does, original intent will show that Obama should have never been allowed to run. Marco Rubio and Bobby Jindal are both not natural born citizens either. One can argue that McCain’s birth is in question too.

Regardless of what happens with Obama, this needs to be sorted out once and for all so that we don’t run across this issue again.

Founding fathers did not want duel loyalties to interfere with our sovereignty and our government. PERIOD.

Now for my rebuttal of your rebuttal!

I’ve heard what Rick Santorum has to say, and I’ll pass.

I’ve often said I like Ron Paul, but I think his base has more in common with young voters, which is part of Obama’s base.

Newt is an idiot. He has very little to offer except battling the media, which is kind of like kicking a bear.

Romney wins by default, because nobody better has come along.

But you’re right, all sides need to be heard and considered. However, at some point they are just hurting themselves, while giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

Juliezzz – I only singled out those running in 3rd and 4th place overall. It would actually please me greatly to see Newt flame out soon, hopefully with more grace than he’s ever shown in the past. As the old saying goes, “Don’t go away mad, just go away.”

I like Ron Paul. I’ve said so many times. I think he’d make an interesting and entertaining VP. I wouldn’t want him as CIC, although that always has to be considered with a VP choice.

I still think if he went rogue he’d pull more votes from Obama than the Republican candidate.
