I just wish that RED EYE hadn’t been preempted this week:
I’ve been fired 3 times, and I’ve fired people. both suck. How is this a campaign issue? understand the private sector.

OH, AND HERE IS ONE “OMG” STORY!
The Atlantic, a once-fine magazine by a once-distinguished James Fallows who writes, “Paul Ryan, Mountaineer” — featured at Memeorandum with Huffington Post, Gawker, CNN, etc. weighing in:
Ryan has told his hometown paper that he has climbed” close to 40″ of the famous “Fourteeners” in Colorado, 54 peaks more than 14,000 feet high. [H]e made this claim a few years ago, before he knew he would be under the scrutiny he is now. [...]
[A Fallows reader tells him] To have climbed forty and not be a resident means that you would have had to devote entire summers to climbing fourteeners, in essence becoming a “lifestyle” hiker/scrambler. …
Enough already! Obsessing about Paul Ryan’s mountain-climbing stories, are we?
