I keep on telling you all that Obmaaa’s “leadership” style is called chaos. Every single day I’m convinced we are going to see more of the — stand back and let them fight it out — crap.

There are three basic leadership styles — Authoritarian — and Obmaaa’s style could appear to be this style on the surface — especially since he is so controlling — wants to punish anyone who gets in his way. He holds a grudge — basically he isn’t a nice person — which is why he gets along with Mrs. Obmaaaaaaaa — she holds a grudge and probably invents grudges.

The second leadership style is Democratic — this can be rough and tumble as the leader wants as much input as possible — and likes to make people stretch and try out new ideas.

The third leadership style is call permissive — a subset of this style is called Chaos. We are going to see Democrats slugging it out with each other — we are going to see name calling and really nasty and sometimes silly behavior. Obmaaa will not be giving guidance — he will “be above it all” — playing god/messiah or whatever role feeds his narcissistic ego. I believe the Chaos style is used by individuals who are not true leaders — they just THINK that this is a cool way to govern or lead. They THINK this how other cool leaders get people to pull together and do things. They are probably trying to copy the Democratic style (which was Bill Clinton’s style).

Leadership skills can be learned — but many people (like Obmaaaa) have too large of an ego to learn the process of being a leader. Some leaders are born — I’ve done group work with very young children and the born leaders can be seen right away. This is really neat to watch a group of really young children find their place in a group and take on the roles of group members. Of course children learn group roles in their homes — but very often I’ve had parents totally surprised that their child had leadership skills and other parents assumed that their kid was a leader when s/he was more comfortable in a support role.

Keep it up Democrats — way to go down flaming!!

The site is not ‘behaving’ as it should. I cannot get to the comments sections easily, especially Heroes and Boors. It took me forever to find a way to get to comments here in Late Night Open Thread. The different articles do not flow smoothly one after the other (I am sure that is not the correct terminology) especially once you hit “Read the Rest.”) When I finish reading one article I cannot get back to the main, Home page, without totally closing the site and reopening.

And without a script he’s lost. Can someone please hand him the rewrite on the terrorist attack on India? Or better yet, can we cut out the middle man and have Senator Clinton do a voice over for the Obama cartoon character so that when his mouth moves Clinton’s policies come out?

What is Bush clone Obama doing? We know he’s not into American symbolism, like pledging the flag or Thanksgiving; and since he doesn’t believe in Christmas gifts for the kids, it’s not as if he has Black Friday Christmas shopping to do!

Looks like India Pakistan friction has heated up already. The prime minister of India called up his counterpart in Pakistan and asked him to send the head of the I.S.I (Pakistans top intelligence agency) to India if they really wanted to cooperate. The Pakistanis immediately agreed to the Indian prime minister. Less than 24 hours later, the Pakistanis refused to send the I.S.I chief, and is sending a representative instead. This duplicity has pi**ed off the Indians. Looks like we’re gonna see an escalation of tensions between the 2 nuclear capable countries.

The Indians have specific info that the I.S.I is tacitly helping Lashkar-e-Toiba, the terror group based in Pakistan responsible for the mumbai terror attacks. Maybe the Pakistanis fear that their I.S.I chief will not be allowed to go back once he reaches India.

I know a lot is being said about the stampede in New York, but did anyone see this clip on CNN about the kid that gave $10K back? This is the kind of holiday spirit we should be discussing.

You made me think of the wizard of Oz there. Obama needs to be out there in front, looking all powerful, but Hillary is behind the scenes telling him what to say.

Maybe Obama doesn’t even really speak, it is a high tech voice changer and anyone can speak into it and it comes out sounding like what Odrama would sound like.

I am terrified. I’m not blaming Obama for it, but he will inherit it. I thought it would happen after he is sworn in. We won’t have to wait. I wish I had some confidence in our 2 year old (me, mine, gimmee, whaa) leader.
