    On this sunny, slightly breezy Tuesday, Dec 2, 2008, US Supreme Court rules that Barky Soetorobama is not eligible to be POTUS as stated in article II of the Constitution! Hillary is now named the President ELECT as she won the popular vote and was 14 delegates away from winning before roll call. But we all know that the roll call was stopped in mid stream because they were all going to vote for Hillary instead of Soetorobama! So on this sunny breezy Tuesday, Hillary gets her just due.
