The self-righteous bullshit from Hollywood is so deep and so fetid that it would curdle salt. These assholes are in a weeping frenzy over the shootings in Newtown, Connecticut. Yes, that was an awful thing. But these obtuse clowns are apparently completely devoid of irony.
Enjoy:
Demand a plan? Okay. I have one.
Let’s demand Quentin Tarantino and Jamie Fox take down Django. Too much damn violence in dat movie. Let’s enforce censorship on Hollywood. Let’s do to Hollywood what they want to do to America. Would that be fair?

Bare arms ?
shelldoll2
I demand the right to arm bears! Wait. I’ll go out and come back in,
these people make a living showing violence and sex forgetting that to some they are role models.
For them to stand up and lecture when they forgot just what decency is is very hypocritical .
3seven77
How about we demand a background check and a 3-day waiting period before anyone can buy a ticket to one of these movies that glorify violence? Seems fair to me.
Fred82
Larry,
Of all your hits, I think this is the biggest one yet!
If we are supposed to give up our guns, how about we demand that Hollywood celebrities take the lead and give up their armed security.
Dave L.
Allong with our esteemed Senators ,Congressmen and Federal Judges !! If we are not entitled to protection, neither are they !
TeakWoodKite
Happy New year Dave L. :O. I agree you with except that owning a fire arm is not an “entitlement”, it is a constitutional right. Not that we will have those much longer but hey…

LOL, I can’t wait for the response to this video…it’s been blowing up these last couple of days.
KenoshaMarge
Follywood is as full of hypocrites as Washington D.C. I may, or may not listen to their opinion on making films, since presumably they have some expertise in that area. Also a lot of expertise in price gouging as you see in their astronomical salaries.
Their opinion about the world in general? I think not. Celebrity doesn’t impart wisdom. Witness the mess they make of their own lives.
I watch very little of their dreck. And make it a point to avoid anything with Jamie Fox in it.
elizabethrc
The really sad and frustrating thing about this is that, having seen the above video, celebrities will be too fascinated with how great they look, how macho they look in it as they blast their guns. The irony will be completely lost on them.
The world they have chosen to live in is not real. Most of them have little education and as someone once told me, “those with the least knowledge generally have the strongest opinions”. They are a prime example of this. These are, after all, Obama’s people.
Role models? Only to those who know no better. The video violent game players, the people so dissatisfied with their lives that they are comfortable only in their make believe fantasy world. And don’t forget the people who are so desperate to appear ‘au courant’.
This video needs to be sent to every actor shown in it.
KenoshaMarge
Do you think sending it to them would do any good? You need a brain to see the problem. They would only wonder if they couldn’t have been “filmed” from a different angle. Celebutards are as big a hypocrites as the idiots in D.C.
KenoshaMarge
Here’s one bit of Follywood trash I wish everyone would tell to fuck off!
What possible reason is there to allow this
trash to behave in such a disgusting way on national television.
Yes I know that most libs and 12 year old boys will find this hilarious. People with any hint of decency or taste, will not!
HARP2
Idiot Cooper did coin the phrase teabagger.
KenoshaMarge
He would know.
Most of the people I know had to have it explained to them. Me included.
elizabethrc
She must be quite insecure about herself to resort to such over the top and inappropriate actions. I feel pity for her. I don’t like her and never did, but it’s a little sad to see anyone de-volve as a human being.
CNN will just never get it. This is not what people want to see and hear. Whatever became of decency and appropriateness?
KenoshaMarge
Decency and appropriateness are no longer “cool.”
As for CNN, this kind of trash explains why they can’t even best MSNBC these days.
foxyladi14
Repulsive.
no_longer_a_democrat
DAMN!
I had not seen this video. It completely and utterly destroys these asshole celebrities who make millions of gun violence and every other kind of weapons violence, and then pretend like they contributed nothing to the discourse of violence and abuse.
They all send their kids to armed schools, travel with high armed security and then have the balls to lecture the rest of us on gun violence, which they themselves contribute to thru their work and make millions upon millions of dollars off it!
bunch of hypocritical punks!
I used to be one of those lefties thinking yes, more gun laws, I still think there should be prudent more through background checks etc, like on adam lanza’s mom, asking her if anyone in her household had mental issues who would have access to the guns she was purchasing, that is the only thing that might have prevented the him using the gun, of course that would not have prevented him from using another kind of weapon.
Its people who use the weapons who are the problem and the source.
All these gun shows, all those thousands of guns and thousands of people, but I sure haven’t heard of anyone being killed at a gun show!
I have completely stopped spending a cent of my money on these damn elitist ignorant millionaire hypocritical lefty celebrities!
the bill as usual it has some really interesting things hidden in it
HELENK2
from somebody at the crawdad hole
I actually read that, thanks for the link. Shorthand……yes it does
raise taxes, but it leaves or extends a boatload of deductions and/or
tax credits/incentives……the kind of stuff we “little people” don’t
benefit from.
****Of important note, buried within this bill is a new commission.
This commission is to study the best way to deal with the aged and
infirmed****** Commission is to do a six month study, members appointed
by POTUS and both the majority/minority in both houses of Congress. In
essence the make up will lean D for obvious reasons.
*****Another important note buried in the bill. A revision of the
National Defense Act having to do with arms control**** In order to know
exactly what it means we’d need to read the pertinent parts of the
National Defense Authorization Act…..but it references the Russian
federation…..must be some of that flexibility Obama promised.
You can find these things along with other pork like Pigford from
section 643 forward……section 643 begins on page 123, that’s where the
old folks commission starts.

Death Panels?
KenoshaMarge
Oh-oh, I see life as a green cracker in my future. Death panels=Solyant Green.
I know that you all will be thrilled to know that hollywood gets a tax break in the fiscal cliff bill
getfitnow
I love this new way of doing the People’s business. Nancy Pelosi really had the right idea. Why worry everyone about specifics and details when we can rush to pass a bill, then find out whats in it, and amend as necessary. /s
So now, it looks like we will have conservative members of the House voting against tax cuts and spending cuts too.
How about we demand that the tax incentives for Hollywood and TVLand in the Senate “Bargain” be deleted.
Retired_from_SPOnaj
Washington does have a plan: Tax breaks for the wealthiest Americans in Hollywood! Now that Obama has been re-elected and doesn’t have to worry about the middle class, he can really go to town on hypocritcally favoring one subset of the wealthy–Hollywood! Hooray!

How about Gun Free Zones around the President, politicos, celebrities, left wing ideologues, gun banners in general.
chitownmom
How about we demand that Hollywood stop using guns to make money? No more movies with guns of any sort!!!!
