HelenK2 referenced this appalling report from Fox News, “Sandy victims left out in the cold during arctic blast“:

I am disturbed that victims of Sandy are being forced to camp out in “tent cities.”

I am pissed off that in the United States of America, our own citizens are not being helped. Fox News added that, “The brutal cold snap affecting much of the country is taking a devastating toll on victims of superstorm Sandy, many of whom are camped out in tent cities or living in homes without power, heat or running water.”
