I dropped the dime on the appraiser to the Illinois Appraisal Licensing people quite a few months ago and explained the particulars to them at that time.
I quit appraisal when the mortgage stink was just starting and KNEW the deal was fraudulent from the start. There are rules on how financing works and there was no way that the appraiser could describe the transaction as fitting within the legal parameters for a Federally Insured Loan.
There is no doubt that what Obama/Rezko did also violates the “Gift” rule to an elected official also.
The crimes are not arguable. What remains is the question of whether they are ever prosecuted.

As AAs, you and I both understand that 0bama as a biracial man, especially, HAD to marry someone who emphasized his connection to the black community because he had none.

So he picked a wife for whom there would be no doubt about her being AA. He would not have married a woman who looked like Halle Berry or Vanessa Williams, for example. Michelle was the right color tone and the AA community bought it hook, line and sinker.

It was a marriage spawned out of his personal ambition.

I’m also not buying how he feels about her.

I am black, marched with Dr. King, followed black issues and this election extremely close and I have never witnessed a more blatant racial game played during this election season than the one played on the Clintons by both Obama (race lies and statement sent to all media outlets) and Jessie Jackson (we have to analyze her meaning Hillary tears. she did not cry for the victims of Katrina). They made up racially tinged lies, got others to go along with them and had them issuing “condemning statements” through out the primaries and general election. They played with the race fire. For that I depise them both. They are without any measure of honor or integrity.
After what these two did don’t come here accusing people on this site of being racial bigots. Those two and their cohorts are the bigots. I can guarantee you one thing those two and Michelle are laughing at silly peiople like you. If walls had ears you would be crying at their lack of respect for you. there SHOULD BE A PAPER TRAIL with all the deed information. however? how can rezko borrow money on the land if it were deeded to the obamas. that would be even more questionable. you can’t borrow on what you don’t own. i have never read the zoning or special conditions for historic homes in chicago but i’d almost bet that the history commissioners of the city would have to approve this or at least the designated city official. there are very specific rules about breaking such lots up and in places like chicago i would be willing to bet that overall the rules are strict. i have read that the lot is now of no use what so ever. again it is still is big enough to build on but perhaps the restrictions don’t permit it. again i have never seen any rules regarding this.

Yeah, that was all politics to make Lisa look like a dragonslayer. Her stepfather is Illinois Speaker of the House Mike Madigan, and she has been, and is being groomed for higher office. Generally, she is well thought of, but my opinion of her has decreased a little bit because this whole move smacks of politics rather than being the people’s lawyer.

fitz could also have a renewed interest also due to the publicity about fraud in loans right now. he certainly isn’t a news hound by any means. but it might raise his interest more than it normally might. remember it is the small things that can get the big fish. i give you capone for example. in THE FIRM, it was mail fraud and overbilling.

i don’t think connor was the appraiser. he was sort of the quality control guy for the bank that made the loan and actually hired a second appraiser for a value. then his comments were pulled from the file and he was fired. hence the lawsuit. now i believe the second appraiser may be been questioned. i would guess the first appraiser may have lawyered up by now.
