Can you discuss Altanmia mining at all?

People not familiar with Altanmia, on whose board Marvin Bush sat at the time, a company with no history of fuel delivery who got the KBR contract for our fuel shipments to Iraq from Kuwait.

They did list “WMD transfer” in company description on their public listings at the time.

When Altanmia had a shipment blocked by UN inspectors at the Iraq border on the last checkpoint from Kuwait, it was discovered to have banned ordinance and precursors falsely labeled as NGO and humanitarian supplies.

Why were red cross/red crescent, and other groups, having their names used to deliver a false flag shipment of WMD and precursors? Who was trying to plant evidence in Iraq from a company the President of America’s brother was on the board of?

Why has this not been discussed publicly to this date?

If one were to look at the Altanmia connection, one would find much of the conflicting interests of oil money that is driving our policy and shaping our actions in theater. Why are oil sheikhs from Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai given this kind of influence over our security and the quality of service our military deserves?

The second item worthy of mention runs parallel to the first.

George Bush is in violation of the UCMJ and the Constitution. His days with Harkin energy, and the fiscal ties to Middle East and its laundered connections to people most likely associated with funding 9-11 cells, is something worth closer scrutiny.

Using the UCMJ he should be impeached for insider trading. There’s precedent to prosecute a sitting President for crimes done before attaining office, as Ms.Jones would gladly testify or Kenneth Starr would have gladly prosecuted.

It’s a high crime if you take liberty to examine those original backers and their current ties to funding the umbrella of terror networks we now face.

It’s at least an outright misdemeanor, which fulfills the original necessary and sufficient level to fulfill Grounds for Impeachment.

The UCMJ and the Constitution work towards the same aim in this. The law of the land here is the law of the land there, in terms of the obligations our military has to uphold the law.

Using his insider trading and fraud from the energy trading days, George Bush can and should be Impeached(even an Originalist would have to agree). Human rights abuses and Constitutional trespass beyond that also provide motivation and should be separate trials, but one that empowers Americans with a standing to drive his Impeachment is one from the days before he even assumed office.

You’re one of the few people with standing to drive discovery of the Libby outings and the loss of human resources in that regard. The people who serve our Intelligence Community, the underlying trust that helps secure their confidence, that is something that no money can measure. It’s a key part of using moral authority and fighting terror from the high ground. We need to uphold ideals to win this struggle in the long term. The discovery process is barred by use of his own pen to retroactively classify. For that reason, an Impeachment trial(nee Conviction) may remove the veil of War Authority and Clearance he abuses the rule of Law and Procedure with , at this time.

Is it an assumption that your career was harmed in order to punish your huasband, or is there evidence to support that?

When Valerie was put in charge of the Joint Task Force on Iraq, how much pressure was she under from the White House to deliver information about Hussein’s alleged WMD? Can she comment on what the JTFI found or didn’t find during the lead-up to war?

For example: Was JTFI trying to warn the Bush administration against trusting Curveball?

What was your reaction to Colin Powell’s speech to the United Nations?

Were you aware, as was Tyler Drumheller, that Curveball was not a reliable source? Why were Drumheller’s warnings about Curveball ignored and not passed along? (That may be more than you can reveal, but I’ll ask anyway and you can ignore, if need be.)

Curveball appears to have been a composite, based on selective testimony of Khadim Mijbel and Hussein Khamel, both of whose testimony was shaped in ways to present Cheney’s case for illegal invasion.

Why were Mijbel’s clear statements, that could dispel the notion of ongoing WMD programs, why were they shaped falsely, who did so?

The WHIG members(or Addington) who worked this could be named? Ditto members of the OSP who had dual capacity jobs within the Executive Branch or the various subalterns of the Intelligence Community review and advisory groups.

Most of the people who lied us into to war were being placed into prominence before 9-11. In May of 2001 the DCI added the Department of Energy to his group of advisors who determined overall policy. Dick Cheney loves Energy manipulation for his varied monied interests who backed the electoral coup of 2000.

Considering your reported career history with tracking WMD, what if any insights might you have about the recent Nuclear Transportation story (Minot Air Force Base to Barksdale AFB)?

I would like to ask Val if or what hope she sees now coming out of this whole situation that has been forced not only upon her, but our Nation, and the world.

It has been my experience that when injustice or tragedy has been made our lot in life, many times the only thing that keeps us going, is a belief in not only the greater power of the ‘good’, but that we helped play an intregal part in the ‘victory’ of the cause. I would like to hear the insight that has given her the strength to keep going, when at times the future seems so bleak.

I am hoping Val will share not only her story in her book, but give us hope to carry on. I can’t wait to get my hands on her book. I wish we could get advance copies…
