She doesn't know yet if her knees will require surgery too. [For those who didn't know: She's had pain in both her hips and her knees.] I asked her if the pain was different, new pain, or same old pain? She only said that it was different. But she's still healing. It may be difficult for her to tell right now. I don't know what kind of medications she's on either--if she's on any pain medications? Everytime, Susan and I talk, however, the nurses, or physical therapists interrupt her. We only get to talk for a few minutes. They've been keeping her very busy. Perhaps Susan can realate even better to what they are going through now..and from what I have seen on Documentarys..they are all very Courageous and determined to get better and move on with thier Lifes..
